We're thrilled that you'd like to go ahead and book with us. Hopefully you've had time to browse through the website or maybe even had the opportunity to see our updated pictures and posts on our facebook, Instagram and twitter pages for a little inspiration!
To get booked in with us is simple!
Step 1: Contact Us
Send us a message via our Contact us page, facebook or email with your wedding date, venue and product/s you are interested in hiring. We aim to respond to all messages within 24-48 hours.
Step 2: Complete our Booking Form
Once we've confirmed availability for your wedding/event date, we'll email or post (whichever you prefer) you over our booking form and T's & C's - if you can fill this out and either drop it into our Dawlish office or post back to us along with how you wish to pay your £50.00 deposit. We accept cheque, cash, BACS as well as all major credit and debit cards.
Step 3: Booking Confirmation
Once we've received your booking form back alongside your £50.00 deposit to secure your booking with us, we'll send you over a confirmation email for your records with details of what happens next.
Your welcome to book in for an appointment to view sash colours or select products either before you book with us or a little closer to your wedding date to finalise details. Just get in touch and we can get something pencilled in the diary for you! Our office is based in Dawlish and we offer flexi appointments including daytimes, evenings and weekends to work around you.
